Deciding what you want to do is not an easy choice, much less for someone just graduating high school. Growing up in a salon and many different life experiences, guided Chelsea in the direction of starting as a make up artist, and has taught her many lessons that have helped her become who she is now. And she has took that and made it her mission to make a difference with her love of the art of makeup to give your skin the TLC it deserves.
